St. Louis based professional MMA promotion Shamrock Fighting Championships (Shamrock FC) hits the road for the first time in April when they visit Harrah’s Casino in Kansas City, Mo. with Shamrock FC: Invasion.
Shamrock FC held 7 events at the Lumiere Place Casino in St. Louis over the last 12 months. All seven shows sold out in advance, and the promotion looks to continue this success in Kansas City.
“We’ve been thinking about expanding to other cities for many years,” said Shamrock FC CEO Jesse Finney, “and now we’re finally going through with it.”
Shamrock FC main cards are composed of professional bouts, oftentimes featuring UFC and Strikeforce veterans. Shamrock FC: Invasion will be no different, and Mr. Finney promises more to come.
“We’re planning on visiting Kansas City a few times a year. I think fans will be happy with what the future holds.”
