KANSAS CITY, MO — Shamrock Fighting Championships returns to Ameristar Casino Kansas City on Saturday, May 30, for Shamrock FC 375, featuring a loaded night of live mixed martial arts and kickboxing action.
Headlining the card, Austin “The Strangler” Spangler will look to continue his rise as one of the region’s hottest fighters when he squares off against Edwin Chavez of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Spangler, fighting out of Ottawa, Kansas, enters the main event riding an impressive three-fight win streak and will have the hometown crowd behind him as he looks to keep his momentum rolling. But Chavez plans to crash the party. The Colorado Springs standout makes the trip to Kansas City fresh off a thrilling last-second victory in October, and now looks to play spoiler in hostile territory.
Also featured on the main card, Logan Blow returns to take on John Williams in a highly anticipated matchup between two tough fighters, each with outstanding submission capabilities.
Former Shamrock FC Amateur Welterweight Champion Jordan Kryfka steps back into the cage in the professional ranks against Brandon McDougal, while fan favorite “The Slim Reaper” Michael Banks faces jiu jitsu champion Austin Conrad in what promises to be another action-packed showdown.
Championship gold will also be on the line as Norman Schneider and Trey Jimenez battle for the Shamrock FC Flyweight Championship, adding even more stakes to an already stacked night in Kansas City.
