ST. CHARLES, MO — Shamrock Fighting Championships, the Midwest’s premier mixed martial arts promotion, returns to Ameristar Casino St. Charles on Saturday, January 17, 2026, officially kicking off its 2026 schedule with Shamrock FC 372.
The evening will be headlined by a bantamweight main event showdown as fan favorite Dustin “Scrappy” Lampros faces seasoned contender Calvin “Hero” Harbaugh.
Lampros burst onto the professional scene with a 9–0 start and later appeared on The Ultimate Fighter Season 29. After a challenging 2025 campaign, Lampros enters 2026 focused and retooled, determined to reestablish himself at the top of the division. “In 2026, fans will see “Scrappy 2.0”, said Lampros. “I’ve corrected some big errors I was making during my fight prep that were causing me to underperform. On January 17th, you will see me back to my winning ways.”
Harbaugh brings significant experience into the main event, with 15 professional bouts on his résumé. Known for his composure and grit, Harbaugh views this matchup as a career-defining opportunity on one of the region’s biggest stages. “These moments, with big threats like Dustin Lampros, are what I work so hard for every day”, said Harbaugh. “I’m travelling to St. Louis to bring home one of the biggest victories of my career and show the fans what two gladiators in their prime look like.”
Adding championship stakes to the card, the Shamrock FC Welterweight Title will be decided as two undefeated fighters collide. “Wild Bill” Billy Duncan (4–0) takes on Devon Byrd (5–0), with one man leaving the cage as champion, and the other tasting defeat for the first time.
“Opening 2026 in St. Charles with a main event and title fight of this magnitude sets the tone for the year ahead,” said Shamrock FC President Jesse Finney. “Our St. Louis fans are in for a real treat to kick off the New Year!”
